Application Process
All applicants are asked to complete the admissions process. The first step is to download the application and information documents. These are available in both Adobe Acrobat© and Microsoft Word© versions. If you would like to fax the application back, we recommend the Adobe Acrobat version. For emailing purposes, use the Word document.
The 'Bring With' list will help you establish what is permitted regarding personal belongings.

Medical & Detox Costs
1. For heroin addicts, detox supervision is provided. However, detox medication must be paid for by the client. We prefer it if clients do not bring their own detox meds. We also prefer not to work with Subatex when detoxing heroin addicts. Should a client insist on using his own doctor, we would need to communicate with that doctor prior to the client’s arrival at the drug rehab treatment center.
2. Clients addicted to pharmaceutical/over-the-counter drugs may need to be re-assessed. The same may apply to clients who are on prescribed medications such as anti-depressants, mood stabilisers etc
3. Should a client need to see a doctor, the sponsor will have to remit funds for the doctor’s consultation as well as for any prescription prior to the booking of a doctor’s appointment (except in the event of a medical emergency, after which doctor’s fees will be claimed back from the sponsor).
